When you have a chance, I have a question about settings in Zoom account

Basic question here. I have set a photo in my Zoom profile. It shows when I am the host when video is off in a meeting yet when I'm a participant only, it shows only my name. How do set it to show in either case?

Do you have to set up prior to the meeting or can you do it after you have recorded?

I logged out and logged back in and voila! My picture is there now.
